the Story

Since the first convection oven created by Mr. Pierre Lancelot in 1979 in the North of France, Eurofours® kept expanding its range and skills. With now seven brands, the company rapidly became a major partner in the Bakery and Pastry world. Its history made the company efficient, innovative and close to its customers.

1986

The range widens with shopfitting and proofing.

1991

Angoulvant SA joins Eurofours® and brings its experience in the rotary rack ovens and deck ovens.

1992

Bouton SA joins Eurofours® and brings its experience in proofing and deep freezing.

2000

Pierre-Pont joins Eurofours® and brings its experience in prover chambers and cabinets, deep freezing and storage.

2005

Jolivet SA joins Eurofours® and brings its experience in deck ovens.

2007

Arpin joins Eurofours® and brings its experience in pastry ovens.
